Madeleine Beermann was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis when she was 4 years old. Since a young age she has worked with teaching, coaching and motivating kids and youths in many different ways. In 2015 she was selected president for The Swedish National Organization for Young Rheumatics. She developed person centered health care based on dreams and goals. She led by own example and made her own dream come true by finishing a Swedish Classic Circuit with races in four disciplines; cross country skiing, cycling, swimming and cross country running. While she was at it, she also finished an Ironman 70.3. She got a distinction for her work on coordinated transitions in rheumatic care. Madeleine studied public administration and leadership, command and control. She is now working with integrated and person centered care at The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR), an employers’ organization and an organization that represents and advocates local government in Sweden. The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

At the festival, you will be given many opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas with people from all over the world. People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
