The Microsystem Festival will take place at Qulturum, House B4, County Hospital Ryhov in the city of Jönköping, Sweden
As a presenter at the Microsystem Festival you will receive a 15% discount on the registration fee. The registration fee below is calculated without the discount.
The price to attend is 2500 SEK per day. At current exchange rates, 2500 SEK is approximately £200 (UK pounds sterling) or €250 (Euros).
If you wish to attend all three festival days you will receive a complimentary discount of 1000 SEK (appr. £80 (UK pounds sterling) or €100 (Euros).
All prices are exclusive of VAT.

As lecturer you still need to register to the conference. This is important for several reasons:
- We need to know if you are attending the buffet and if you have food allergies.
- We need to know if you are staying the entire conference.

The dress code for the conference is smart-casual. Daytime temperatures range from -10C to +-0C in Jönköping in March. Remember that the weather in Sweden during early spring can be very unstable. Please take a look at the weather report (https://www.yr.no/place/Sweden/Jönköping/Jönköping/long.html) before you do your packing and remember to always bring a pair of sensible and comfortable shoes. The streets can be slippery and icy.

After you submit your abstract you will not be able to edit or make changes to the proposal you have submitted. If you need to make changes, please send an e-mail to info@microsystemfestival.com and we will give you further instructions.

Yes. You are welcome to submit more than one proposal. Just fill out the form for each abstract.
You will be notified of the results of your Microsystem Festival submission in late November/early December 2023.
The conference is organised by Qulturum, the improvement unit of Region Jönköping County in collaboration with the International network of Clinical Microsystems.
The Improvement Science Day is organised by Futurum, the education and research unit of Region Jönköping County, together with Jönköping Academy.
The conference language is English. All the sessions will be held in English.
The Clinical Microsystem Festival is intended for you as a leader, CEO, improvement coach or anyone working to improve quality in healthcare. The Festival includes a Improvement Science Day on March 4, for researchers and those who are interested in advancing knowledge of clinical microsystems and quality improvement.

Yes, all the presentations from the Festival will be published in PDF-format on our website. Please make sure that all sensitive data or photos have been removed before it is published. Please talk to our staff at the registration desk and they will assist you.
