The Paul Batalden award for best master thesis in improvement honorable mentions 2022
Jönköping Academy for Improvement of Health and Welfare have received an donation for an award: The Paul Batalden award for best master thesis in improvement. The award committee consists of the director of Jönköping Academy, the chair and vice-chair of the Jönköping Academy management group, a representative from practical settings in health and welfare as well as a representative for the patients. Students from the Master programme in Quality Improvement and Leadership are eligible to receive the award or two honorable mentions. The master programme is provided by Jönköping University, School of Health and Welfare in collaboration with Jönköping Academy.
The students who received honorable mentions 2022 will present their theses.
Rebeka Gregov’s thesis it titled: Web-based appointment system in the radiology department : An improvement work to reduce no-shows and a study regarding employee’s perceptions of introducing web-based appointment system.
Muqaddas Manto’s thesis is titled: Equal eye care through co-production: Improvement work in collaboration with the Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired with a focus on accessibility and service, as well as an interview study on the staff’s experience of co-production.
